Let’s Work Together

The Union Outpost Project is driven by a clear purpose: to give Virginians an accessible voice capable of matching the influence of well-funded lobbyists.

It highlights a troubling pattern of governance that extends beyond isolated offices, pointing to actions such as the 2025 gubernatorial veto by former Governor Glenn Youngkin of a bipartisan bill protecting tax exemptions for Confederate organizations, despite their historical role in segregation.

This example is used to illustrate an apparent unwillingness or inability to grant equal protection under the law without organized intervention. The UOP advocates for a practical pivot toward a system that guarantees legal dignity and consumer rights, while eradicating the grey areas where influence can distort justice and outcomes for the benefit of a few.

The core mission is to identify and dismantle antiquated colonial-era barriers and legislative hurdles that gatekeep power and shield selective corporate interests from accountability. The aim is not radical upheaval but a steady, law-based transformation that ensures Virginians operate under the same rules, in a thriving marketplace they can trust and invest in.

The desired end state is a Commonwealth where citizens are valued equally, protected by robust oversight, and empowered to participate meaningfully in governance and the economy.

To achieve this, the project calls for a convergence of professionals; attorneys, accountants, experts, and advocates, who are willing to contribute time, expertise, and resources to assist those harmed by the current system. It emphasizes direct action, strategic education, and relentless oversight as pillars of its advocacy, designed to reclaim the rights of the Virginian consumer and to challenge systemic overreach.
