As often as we have shared our expanding evidence and explained what has taken place, it is hard for people to believe it. To help solidify everyone's understanding, we will host this evolving flowchart to help diagnose why misdemeanors and potential felonies did not seem to get the attention of our legislators and regulators. This is an example of the documentation we will assist others to develop.
